No show/Late Fee:

A pet that comes 15 minutes after their scheduled time will be considered late and will be subject to a fee of $15.

A pet that comes 30 minutes after their scheduled time will be considered a No Show and will be subject to a fee of 50% of the pet's scheduled service, and will have to reschedule for another day.
Cancelation Fee:

We require at least day before notice for all cancelations and reschedules to allow us time to fill the space with a customer from our waiting list. Appointments that are not cancelled at least the day before their scheduled appointment date may be subject to a fee of 50% of the pets scheduled service, payable with funds on file or when scheduling your next appointment.
